Out of the major Spiritual discipline many Christians discuss, fasting remains least understood and least practiced. In Matthew 6:16-18, Jesus assumed that disciples of God devote themselves to fasting when he says "when you fast." In part 3 of our spiritual discipline mini-series, Ricky and Mike discuss fasting. The major part of the show explains how the Bible defines fasting and look at examples of fasting. The end of the show gives examples of fasting and how to fast.
