Are you walking in truth? John answers question in many ways throughout all his letters. In this episode, we continue in our series through the epistles of John by breaking down 3 John. In this short letter, John commends Gaius for walking in the truth as he demonstrates hospitality to fellow Christians. John then compares Diotrephes as the example of someone who rejects the teaching of the Apostles and shows the lack of hospitality to other Christians. All this leads to the command to imitate good because they come from God.

The little letter of 2 John packs a punch. 2 John contains condense themes of both the Gospel of John and 1 John. In this episode of G220 Radio, we seek to unpack this small letter. Starting from the greeting to the final word, we will exegete and apply this letter to our hearts. The themes of truth, love, heresy, and orthodoxy provide the necessary information for a deeper dive into the rest of John's writings. John's letter will encourage us to watch our doctrine because they have God. John also exhorts us to walk in God's Commandments.
This episode starts a series on the letters of John. John's writings have been beloved by many, therefore we pray that this new series will foster a deeper love for Christ and his people.

Well, leading up to the Super Bowl these brothers were out in Tampa along with others as a part of the SFOI team of evangelists, pastors, and street preachers. Biblical teachings on race, sex, income disparities, and other important issues need to be understood biblically. This battle is against the "Social Justice Gospel." How can we balance the time spent in ministry with the time needed in the home?

This final episode helps round out developing a more enjoyable spiritual life. First, we will discuss silence and solitude. This spiritual discipline helps maximizes our time with the Lord. The practice allows Christians to focus on their Bible reading and prayer without external and internal distractions. Bible connects silence and solitude as a form of worship. Along with silence and solitude, journaling helps to recall God's past grace and to articulate our thoughts. Journaling also passes our journey through the valley of death to the next generation displaying our spiritual heritage. These two disciplines cultivate a deeper and richer time of study, prayer, and fasting.

Out of the major Spiritual discipline many Christians discuss, fasting remains least understood and least practiced. In Matthew 6:16-18, Jesus assumed that disciples of God devote themselves to fasting when he says "when you fast." In part 3 of our spiritual discipline mini-series, Ricky and Mike discuss fasting. The major part of the show explains how the Bible defines fasting and look at examples of fasting. The end of the show gives examples of fasting and how to fast.

We all can say we do not pray enough. We discussed in episode 442 how to pray using God's words.
