Ep# 423 // Simplicity of God in a Complex World
Tuesday Mar 24, 2020
Tuesday Mar 24, 2020
On this episode of G220 Radio, Mike Miller, Ricky Gantz and Nathaniel Porter will be discussing the Simplicity of God in a Complex World.
Divine simplicity is the concept that God does not exist in parts but is wholly unified, with no distinct attributes, and whose existence is synonymous with His essence. The doctrine of divine simplicity is related to the doctrines of divine aseity, transcendence, and unity. 1689 2nd LBCF Ch. 2: Of God and of the Holy Trinity para. 1. The Lord our God is but one only living and true God; whose subsistence is in and of himself, infinite in being and perfection; whose essence cannot be comprehended by any but himself; a most pure spirit, invisible, without body, parts, or passions, who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; who is immutable, immense, eternal, incomprehensible, almighty, every way infinite, most holy, most wise, most free, most absolute; working all things according to the counsel of his own immutable and most righteous will for his own glory; most loving, gracious, merciful, long-suffering, abundant in goodness and truth, forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin; the rewarder of them that diligently seek him, and withal most just and terrible in his judgments, hating all sin, and who will by no means clear the guilty. ( 1 Corinthians 8:4, 6; Deuteronomy 6:4; Jeremiah 10:10; Isaiah 48:12; Exodus 3:14; John 4:24; 1 Timothy 1:17; Deuteronomy 4:15, 16; Malachi 3:6; 1 Kings 8:27; Jeremiah 23:23; Psalms 90:2; Genesis 17:1; Isaiah 6:3; Psalms 115:3; Isaiah 46:10; Proverbs 16:4; Romans 11:36; Exodus 34:6, 7; Hebrews 11:6; Nehemiah 9:32, 33; Psalms 5:5, 6; Exodus 34:7; Nahum 1:2, 3 )

Ep# 421 // Leviticus & the Gospel
Tuesday Mar 10, 2020
Tuesday Mar 10, 2020
Maybe you have started a Bible reading plan and you made through Genesis with some ease. Exodus started out exciting as Moses was preserved, bush on fire but not burning, and seas becoming dry land but then Moses comes up the mountain and hears about the tabernacle. Our interest plummets faster than the stock market before a depression. Now you start Leviticus and have stopped reading. Fear not, we have a cure.
On this episode of G220 Radio, Mike Miller and Ricky Gantz talk to Mitch Chase, pastor/elder at Kosmosdale Baptist Church in Louisville, Ky.
He has been preaching through Leviticus so we seek to glean insights from this difficult book. We will seek to comprehend the idea of ritual holiness and how Jesus fits into this very important aspect of Jewish Temple worship. Ep# 420 // Does Faith Precede Regeneration?
Thursday Mar 05, 2020
Thursday Mar 05, 2020
On what is really episode 420 of G220 Radio (and not 419), Ricky Gantz & Mike Miller have a discussion with guest Michael Holloway of Your Urban Church Ministry on whether or not faith precedes regeneration.
This is a common debate between Reformed and Non-Reformed. The Philippian jailer, " “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Neither side would dispute this passage, the question is does the faith to believe come before the regeneration happens or does the regeneration take place before the individual has the faith??

Our guests will be Pastor Edward Smith & Quentin Taylor. Debates can be long but are goal is not to cover the entire debate but aspects of it from the Non-Calvinistic side.

Ep# 417 // Christians on the Hot Seat
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
Tuesday Feb 11, 2020
Topic: Christians on the Hot Seat w/guests Nathaniel Porter, Canaan Gonzalez, & Cody Robbins On this episode of G220 Radio, we have three brothers coming on the show to sit in the Hot Seat so to speak.
I am sure many of you can relate to being in a conversation with an unbeliever and they ask you questions you had no idea were coming, maybe out of the blue, they ask you a question knowing you are a Christian, and they may think the question they are going to ask is going to stump you or, in their mind, cause you to doubt your faith or even walk away from it altogether.
Well on this episode we have three Christians who will be put on the spot, the Hot Seat, and Mike Miller and Ricky Gantz will ask them questions that atheists or those of other religions may ask and we will see how these brothers handle the questions while not knowing exactly what will be asked of them.

Ep# 416 // Super Bowl Evangelism
Tuesday Feb 04, 2020
Tuesday Feb 04, 2020
On this episode of G220 Radio, Mike Miller and Ricky Gantz catch up with our good friend Nathaniel Porter who recently returned from his trip to Florida, for the Super Bowl weekend.
Super Bowl weekend brings hundreds of thousands of people into town each year at the hosting city for the NFL's grandest stage. There are some men though who don't attend the Super Bowl to see their favorite team play, or to enjoy the festivities that surround the excitement of the Super Bowl. Some Christians go on a mission to bring the gospel to the thousands in attendance and throughout the city.
