He held to the assurance of "once saved, always saved," as he turned to drugs and alcohol to cope with the struggles of life. Though professing Christ, the life he lived reflected a man who denied Christ's authority over his life.
In Practical Atheist, Phill uses his life experience and the path that he took to examine the dangers of easy-believism in the Church and the importance of having a solid grasp on the implications of one's theology.

No not referring to people visiting another country, whether legally or illegally but we mean in reference to beings from another planet. Recently, in the United States, a Whistleblower alleged the U.S. Government is covering up Alien life at a UFO hearing before the House of Representatives.
How do we define aliens? Are angels and demons considered aliens? Could they be considered aliens? How should we as Christians live in light of these alleged cover-ups? Does the Bible speak about life on other planets? How would this affect the gospel?

In this episode, we begin our series on Strange Things in the Bible Series (STITBS). The first topic in our series is witchcraft.
Does the scripture address witches? Divination? Spells? Crystals? Tarot Cards? Psychics? From the story of the witch who wanted to eat Hanzel and Gretel, to the wicked witch of the West, many witches were portrayed as evil, ugly, and scary.
Yet today witches are portrayed on TV and in movies as beautiful, appealing, and good. All by design of course, if witchcraft is evil, what better way to make it alluring and accepting than by presenting it as such in an attempt to smear the lines between good and evil, by creating stories in which you feel bad for the witch and they go from being a villain to the good guys.
